Students at Fort Vancouver High School that meet the eligibility requirements can obtain additional services from LNESC Vancouver Upward Bound to include:
- Student support services (mental health)
- Scholarships (merit and diversity)
- Online tutoring
- Career awareness
- Financial literacy
- Summer STEM programs
Upward Bound is a college preparation program funded by the Department of Education. Fort Vancouver students who are interested must simply meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for the program:
- Low income
- First generation aspiring college student (parents did not receive a 4-year degree in the U.S.)
- At academic risk for failure
