SummerWorks connects motivated young adults to businesses for paid summer jobs!
Paid internships available for young adults:
- Ages 16 – 21 that are currently enrolled in school
- Meet IEP or 504 eligibility requirements
- Attend one-week of training in job readiness (unpaid) and then go to work for 100-hours in a paid position
Professional development opportunities are provided to prepare you for job placement. Participants are placed with an employer that is the best fit for them. Complete this interest form and more information will be sent to you.
WHAT ARE THE DATES?
Summer session orientation and skills training begin in June. Candidates who are selected will work from approximately July through August, depending on employer need. Youth will be enrolled on a first come first serve basis so early applications are encouraged.
