Check out this in-person summer program for high school students (16+ years old) and give back to your community while gaining job readiness and mental health resiliency skills as well as volunteer hours!
Partners In Careers (PIC) Summer Program. PIC is a local nonprofit agency that helps prepare people for careers.
- 6 week program – June 21st – July 29th
- 1 workshop on Mondays focused on Job Readiness skills (resumes, interviewing, networking, etc.)
- 1 workshop on Thursdays focused on mental health (exercise, nutrition, fun, etc.) which will be hands-on out in the community
- 7-10 hours a week volunteering
