WSU Vancouver is holding workshops to help you understand how to pay for college!  Open to ALL Vancouver residents (even if not planning on attending WSU).  Attend an A – Z of Paying for College workshop to learn about—all the ways to pay for college—grants, loans, savings, scholarships, work …

  • Which money is free and which must be paid back
  • Important forms, dates and deadlines
  • Scholarship strategies
  • Get your questions answered by a financial aid expert. This is important information—no matter which college you choose!
  • Select a date that works for you!

Free! Open to the public. Upcoming dates and locations can be found here. Free parking is available in Orange 2 lot. Here is a campus map to make your visit easy!

If you can’t make it, please check out the recording and slides from the last meeting.  Contact Moni.santos-pinacho@wsu.edu for more information about this workshop or see your student’s Career Specialist for more information.

Remember seniors can now file their financial aid application (FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov or WASFA at www.readysetgrad.org/wasfa).  Even if you don’t think you qualify for financial aid, many scholarships require the FAFSA or WASFA to be filed in order to be considered.

If you have a disability or condition that requires accessible materials, services or assistance, please complete the online event accommodation request form as soon as possible to help us better understand your specific access needs. We will make a good faith effort to fulfill all requests, however, because certain accommodations take time to coordinate, we ask that access requests be made at least 2 – 3 weeks in advance, if possible. If you have additional questions, contact the Access Center at 360-546-9739 or email van.access.center@wsu.edu.
